YOu go wrong when you try to order it online and instead of $10.00 you are charged $110.00. They do not give you the chance to review and confirm your order like every other site on the web. and when you call to cancel they tell you to wait 24 hours and when you call back they tell you it has been shipped already. BIG RIP OFF, SWEEPNMOP.COM.
